The flavour of Cuttlefish is a cross between octopus and squid. They are fuller flavoured than calamari but not nearly as rich as octopus. Cuttlefish can be cooked by marinating and then grilling or pan-frying for 2 to 3 minutes, slow cooked in a stew or even served as sashimi.
